Upcycle your furniture

Chalked up furniture paint is a versatile paint designed to make it easy and affordable to upcycle furniture and homeware’s. No more sanding or priming first as this paint adheres straight onto almost any surface with no more than a gentle clean. For use on most surfaces –painted, varnished and raw timber, laminate, metal, concrete, glass fabric and brick to name a few. It gives a beautiful matte velvety chalk-look finish. Chalked up furniture paint is water based, low VOC and asthma friendly. It flows beautifully, dries fast, has excellent coverage and is so easy that anyone can do it. The only hard part is choosing the colour!

*A protective top coat is required for most surfaces as the paint is quite porous and can mark easily. We recommend using our protective beeswax or a matte water based polyurethane which is available at all good hardware stores.
